This privacy statement is applicable to Kitchen
Designs by Decor (herein known as Kitchen Designs by Decor) and
all of its affiliates.
Kitchen Designs by Decor does not knowingly
collect any personally identifiable information from children under
the age of 13. Kitchen Designs by Decor policy is to respect and
protect the privacy of our users. Kitchen Designs by Decor does
not collect personally identifiable information about individuals
except when such individuals specifically provide such information
on a voluntary basis. For example, such personally identifiable
information may be gathered from a contest or sweepstakes registration,
the purchase of products or services offered on the site, the registration
process for subscription sites or services and in connection with

software. Only those employees who need access to your information
in order to do their jobs are allowed access, each having signed
compressive nondisclosure agreements, which provides explicit legal
confidentiality protections. Any employee who violates our privacy
and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including
possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.

statement will be noticed by posting notice of such changed policy

the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create
any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
